Tiramisu, an elegant, rich and heavenly delicious dessert made perfect here at Junandus. We keep our recipe to the origin Italian way of doing it, using imported premium Mascarpone cheese, while most would substitute with cream cheese as it’s few times cheaper than Mascarpone.
You will definitely taste the difference of a mild, smooth, and body melting Mascarpone cheese, filled on two layers of lady fingers sponge that soaked with shots of espresso, and the top dusted with Belgium cocoa powder. That’s just Bravo!
