Doesn’t look like the typical black forest cake? Great, because you may have not tried the best yet. This is our signature cake, a modernized black forest cake, that we bet you won’t find in anywhere else. The bottom and center of the cake are layered with chocolate sponge with black cherries, filled with a layer of 66% cocoa Belgium chocolate mousse, and the top is layered with vanilla mousse blended with lots of fine chopped maraschino red cherries for enhanced biting texture.
We use vanilla mousse and chocolate mousse to replace the tradition heavy whipped cream make this cake lighter, richer in taste and texture, and it’s an invention that we are proud to.
